At Elite Hair Restoration, we strive to provide effective hair loss products, and we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we are here to help.
You may return your unused and unopened products within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at email@example.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Conditions for Return
Products must be unused and in the same condition as received.
All original packaging, including tags and labels, must be intact.
The RA number must be included with the returned items.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.
If you received a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will replace the item, provided it is within 30 days of purchase.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
