Dr. Havutcu graduated from Aegean University Medical Faculty in Izmir, Turkey, in 1989 and has been practicing medicine in England since 1992.
Initially, he worked extensively in obstetrics and gynecology and obtained membership in the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists in 1998.
In 2001, Dr. Havutcu transitioned to general practice and received the Certificate of Equivalent Experience from the Joint Committee on Postgraduate Training for General Practice in 2002.
That same year, he established his private clinic, Green Lanes Clinic.
Throughout his career, Dr. Havutcu has addressed various general practice issues and focused on women's health.
